The bungalow is only 10 minutes drive from the airport, and is set in a quiet location on the prestigious Fuerteventura Golf Resort at Caleta de Fuste, the Island's only 18-hole golf course which hosted the 2004 Spanish Open.
This beautiful 2 bedroomed bungalow is available for term rental all year round, prices are from only £250 per week, dependent on occupancy.
To the front of Casa Kerisa is a spacious terraced area which allows plenty of room for outdoor dining and sunbathing, and enjoys sun for most of the day. The terrace is partially shaded making it ideal for al fresco dining. To the side of the terrace is an additional sunbathing area.
The rear patio offers a further sunbathing area and has a large brick built barbecue.
The cosy and relaxing lounge has two comfortable sofas, television with DVD/CD player, with patio doors leading onto the spacious outdoor sun terrace at one end. To the other end of the lounge is the dining area.
Both bedrooms, one double and one twin-bedded, have fitted wardrobes, drawers, ceiling fans and hair dryers. All bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are included within the rental price and, for stays of more than one week, linen and towels are changed after each week.
The family bathroom has toilet, basin, bidet and full size bath with an overhead shower.
The large communal pool area is close by and is positioned to receive all day sunshine. The pool is heated all year round and the area is complete with sun loungers, showering facilities and toilets.
The villa also has a well-equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, microwave and all the equipment and utensils you would expect to find in a home.
From the kitchen a utility room houses the washing machine, ironing board and clothes airer and sunbed cushions.
Caleta de Fuste is a modern expanding resort popular with families, having a safe and sheltered, sweeping horseshoe shaped beach which is protected by breakwaters.
For adults there is an excellent choice of watersports for beginners and experts alike, including windsurfing and diving.
The centre of Caleta de Fuste is within easy walking distance, although a courtesy bus service running every hour is available between the development, the Atlantico Centre and Caleta de Fuste, including beach, marina, and town centre.
The nearby Atlantico Centre comprises of a 7 screen cinema, bowling alleys together with shops, restaurants and bars.
