Corralejo bay area is mainly made up of other villas, small complexes and a few hotels. There are a number of small bars and retaurants in this area as well as a few supermarkets. It is fortunately placed to be in easy walking distance of the town centre which has many bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet day and night.

Our villa Casa Olas, is in a quiet location at the end of a no through road in the bay area of the town. It is just a few minutes from the nearest beach and the beach walk to the town centre. The town centre is 15 level walking minutes and the famous beaches are 20 minutes walk

Well thanks very much, what a gem of a villa, clean and everything you could possibly need, I'm not going to tell anyone about it, because I'm selfish and want it for myself
Notes on price:
We do offer a special price for long winter lets. The price depends on when and how much support is wanted in cleaning and laundry.
We offer a £100 reduction for 2 people during school term but only £50 28th Oct to 16 Dec

Notes on accommodation: The front garden is enclosed and there is no free access between the front and rear gardens. There is a gate but this can be kept locked, which makes the rear garden very private, can not be overlooked and suitable for children and naturalists. The kitchen has a stable door openeing onto the patio which has sun loungers, with cushions, a table and chairs

Fuerteventura airport is 25 minutes away, Car hire is handy but not essential as the town centre and beaches are level walking from the villa

Everything you could need is very near to the vila but in limited numbers, but the town centre is 10/15 minutes away where one will find plenty of choice.
Booking notes
Once contact has been made with us and the holiday booked by email or telephone, we will send an invoice by post/email that has all the payment details. We want a £50 deposit to secure the booking and the balance one month before departure
Changeover day
The preferred change over day is Wednesday and we like to keep to that day in busy periods but we are flexible at other times. We like the villa to be vacated by 10.00am and new guests not to arrive before 2.00pm. We can be flexible here but are unable to guarantee flexibilty due to the arrival and departure of other guests,we do keep guests informed when necessary and we are able to help guests when arrival/departure times do not work in with our timings.

The nearest full size golf course is about 45 minutes away
Fishing
The nearest beach is 250 yards away with a small walkway for sea fishing in the bay
Scuba Diving
There are plenty of scuba diving schools on Corralejo and the island is famous for its abundance of places to dive
Beach
Corralejo has beaches that we have seen listed as being in the top 10 in Europe. Whether this is true or not is inmaterial, just to be considered for this honour means that they are very good. They extend for 8 kms and are beautiful white sand. All water sports are practised off these beaches and all round the island. There is so much beach, you are guaranteed that except for the town beach, they are not crowded.
Accessibility
The swimming pool is raised from the ground area by 12 inches but the rest of the villa floor is flat from the outside pavement to the rear garden and makes it very accessible for a guest in a wheelchair.
Outside
There is a front and a rear garden, seperated by a high wall with a gate that can be kept locked. The patio is to the side of the villa with 4 sunloungers, table and chairs. A barbeque is provided. The private swimming pool to the rear is approximately 16 feet by 12 feet and has steps built into the corner
