The villa is situated in a quiet one way street. There are a few bars and small supermarkets nearby that have all your needs but the town centre with many bars, restaurants, shops, banks etc is within 20 minutes easy walking distance

Our detached villa, with gardens, patio, private swimming pool, roof top sun terrace in a quiet street in the bay area. 5 minutes from the nearest beach, 20 minutes easy level walking from the town centre. 10 minutes waling from the start of the famous dune beaches.

Casa Pancho is really nice-we could not fault it.As others noted in the Visitors Book, the villa is even better than shown on your website. The quality of furnishing, kitchen utensils etc. is far better than we found in other villas we have rented. It also feels homely, so we are delighted to be going back in September.
Notes on price:
We give a £100 reduction for 2 people taking holidays during school term, but only £50 between 28th October to 16th December. We will give special discounts for long lets and the price depends on how much support would be needed in cleaning and laundry

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with patio doors opening onto the swimming pool. The second bedroom has twin beds with patio doors opening on to the front garden.

The main bathroom has a bath/shower, twin hand basins, bidet and w.c. There is a seperate w.c. with hand basin
Kitchen:
A seperate oven and hob unit, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave electric kettle and toaster. The washing machine is in a small utility room
Living Rooms:
Large lounge combined with a dining area having patio doors opening onto the patio. There is a TV,DVD player and stereo. One very large 'L' shaped sofa, dining table and 4 dining chairs.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
The villa is fully cleaned before guests arrival and mid week. All bedding and linen is provided. Towels for the bathroom are included, but we do not provide towels for the beach.

Notes on accommodation: The front of the villa has a gate to the driveway and to the pedestrian entrance, which can be kept closed when needed. The wall around the villa is mainly 5 feet high and a little higher round the patio. It is a safe envronment for children. The roof top sun terrace gives a private sun bathing area.

Travel
Fuerteventura airport is 25 minutes driving time. A car is not necessary and taxis (May 2008) cost 39 euros each way to and from the airport.
Further details
There are some small supermarkets and bars near to the villa including a bank, but there are plenty in the town main street
Booking notes
Once contact has been made with us and a booking made by email or telephone, wewill post/email an invoice with all the details and we then want a £50 deposit to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before your departure.
Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Wednesday and we like to keep to that day in the busy periods but are flexible at other times. We would like the villa to be vacated by 10.30am and for new arrivals not to arrive before 2.00pm. Although we can be flexible here, we can not guarantee flexiblity due to the arrival/departure of other guests and time needed to prepare the villa. We can usually make arrangements for arrival/departure times outside our timings
Fishing
As the villa is 5 minutes from the nearest beach, it is easy to go sea fishing. The harbour walls with plenty of parking are 5 minutes by car or go out into the sea on one of the organised fishing boat trips
Scuba Diving
Fuerteventura is well known for its plentiful diving sites and there are plenty of organised groups and diving schools around the town.
Beach
Corralejo's dune beaches are superb and among the best in Europe. They are 8 kms in length and white sand. Away from the town beach, they never get crowded.

The gardens extend all round the villa and the swimming pool is situated at one end of the patio. The private swimming pool is approximately 12 feet by 9 feet with a ledge along one side which is ideal for laying on (sipping a glass of wine and reading a book) There is a barbeque on the patio, a table and 4 chairs. The sun loungers are normally 2 on the roof terrace and 2 on the patio and 2 deck chairs
