My daughter and family stayed ina one bedroomed apartmetn and we had a studio. This was one of the best holidays we have had. The kids club was great for the children and the heated pool was a bonus for me and I even managed to use the gym. Garden City was just a short 5 minute walk to a sandy beach and there were bars, restuatants and shops right outside the complex. Don't forget to go to the Torviscas market on a Thursday. We will definately be back.

Notes on price:
Prices for the apartment per week based on 2 sharing. For 3 sharing please add an extra £20 per week. I can hold apartments for two days to enable guests to find flights. I then ask for a 50 pound non-returnable deposit per apartment and the balance is due 8 weeks before guests fly.

Janet is the local contact and is easily available in case of any problems you may have in the apartment. The apartments are well maintained by Janet and her husband but occassionally problems can occur. i.e. new light bulbs neeeded, a dripping tap etc. It's reasurring for guests to know there is a British person nearby who can deal with any problems

Bedrooms: Bedroom - 2 Single Bed, 1 Sofa bed/Futon
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with bath with shower above. WC, bidet and wash hand basin
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchenette with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster plus iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Sofa bed.
There is a Satellite Television which receives many British programmes including BBC1, ITV etc
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service: Linen is provided and this is changed at the end of the week for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

You just need to take your own towels.
Sleeping capacity: 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 3

Notes on accommodation:
Garden City is an ideal complex for children.

One of the studio apartments has a double bed instead of twin beds but all have separate sofa unlike many other studio apartments. Choice of four apartments. Each have a single wardrobe and either a cupboard or chest of drawers for clothes. For peace of mind there is a safety deposit box fitted in the wardrobe available at a small extra charge. Furnishings and layout of apartments can vary.

Coast/beach
There is achoice of two sandy beaches within a five minute stroll.

Travel
The nearest airport is Reina Sofia (TFS) and is approximatly 20 minutes in a taxi which costs about 18 Euros.

There is parking to the rear of Garden City but a car is not necessary.

Further details
There are plenty of local shops and there is a large Supermarket at the San Eugenio Shopping Centre which also has pavement cafes and banks.

There is a Barclays ATM outside Garden City reception

Booking notes
I can hold the apartment for 2 days for guests to source flights. I then ask for a £50 deposit and the balance 8 weeks before the holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover days are either a Tuesday or a Friday. During quiet periods sometimes other days can be offered.

Golf
Choice of 5 golf courses within a 20 minute drive

Fishing
Neary Peurto Colon offers fishing trips including Big Game fishing and is only a five minute stroll away

Scuba Diving
There are plenty of opportunites to try Scuba Diving.

Accessibility

Outside
Your own private balcony has patio table and chairs plus a pull out washing line.

The complex has two pools - one of the pools is heated in the winter so you can swim every day.
