The apartment is in the resort of Ayia Napa on Cyprus's Eastern Coast in what has been described as “Ayia Napa’s Premier Privately Owned Complex”.
The complex consists of eight blocks each containing four apartments spread over an area of 10,500 square metres (approx 2.6 acres) of well kept mature communal gardens.
A pool bar, the Tropical Garden Gazebo Bar and Cafeteria are also available on site offering excellent food at reasonable prices.
The Cafeteria is open 12 months of the year and from its elevated position you can enjoy the view of the lush tropical gardens, mature landscaped gardens and communal pool area. Whether it is for that special occasion or relaxed evening meal, Panayiotis (Peter) and his team will make it an occasion to remember. The pool bar and Gazebo Bar are open daily during the high season.
The complex’s most outstanding features are the tropical gardens incorporating fish ponds and aviaries, a great area to sit and relax in the late evening and enjoy the tranquillity of the subtle lighting effects and the “babbling” of running water.

The apartment is ideally situated for a lively holiday, however, for those who want to do no more than relax the days away around the communal pool or on a sun drenched beach, then this is the place for you.
The apartment is ideal for all ages and are far enough away from the bars / clubs for you to have a peaceful night's sleep. In keeping with the high standards (and to maintain the standards) of this complex regular security patrols are in effect.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A £100 (GBP) security deposit is payable. This will be refunded 5 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Changeover day

The apartment will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival, however we would be pleased to facilitate an earlier arrival time provided there are no “back to back” bookings.
We request you vacate the apartment on the day of departure by 10am, however, once again, provided there are no “back to back” bookings we will be flexible regarding this time.
It is unlikely we will be able to give you a definite answer at the time of booking but please advise us when booking should an earlier arrival or later departure time be required.
To avoid any confusion confirmation will be forward to you by email (with a copy to our Property Management Company) prior to the commencement of your holiday.
Please be mindful that a last minute booking by another guest may result in a “back to back” booking and should this occur we would be unable to honour alternative arrival or departure times.
Should we not be able to facilitate an earlier arrival or later departure time use can be made of the onsite facilities including changing room, shower and toilets adjacent to the swimming pool.

Sit back and enjoy the views through the mature gardens down to the large communal pool or take a swim in the pool which is approx 30 metres from the apartment. The large pool is suitable for swimmers and non swimmers of all ages and slopes gradually from a depth of approx 0.5m to 1.5m. .
An off road parking space is available should you decide to hire a car or scooter.
