Description:
In the summertime the apartment is mostly suitable for anyone that likes to be close to the nightlife of Ayia Napa as it is located right behind the pedestrianised ‘Agias Mavris’ 'Bar street' and a 10 minute walk to the 'square' You wont have far to stagger home at the early hours of the morning! And there is a 24hour kiosk directly opposite the apartment so not far to go for your supplies!

Off season, November to March, is a very quiet and peaceful time for a relaxing holiday, with only a handful of restaurants and shops open and temperatures still very pleasant.

The apartment has a large west facing balcony with views over the rooftops, nissi avenue, the sea, and the beautiful cyprus sunsets.

Please note the apartment is on the second floor, no lift available.

A breakage security deposit is required.

We can arrange mid let cleans, equipment rental, welcome packs, private transfers to and from Larnaca Airport please email for more information.
