Description:
There is a 4m x 9m swimming pool and a large patio area with dining area and landscaped gardens. Living room is open plan to kitchen. Fully fiited kitchen with all appliances,dining area for 4 people. Towels and linen are provided. Cleaning of the villa and linen will take place at the end of stay.A welcome pack will be provided free of charge.
Beaches are 15 minutes walk away plus there are 5 star hotels are all close by. There is a championship golf course within 10 minutes drive away.
The villa is 25 minutes drive from Ercan International airport and 75 mins drive away from Larnaca airport. There a good choice of coves and beaches nearby. Boa rips can be arranged from Kyrenia, the Karpas peninsular is well worth visiting.
The villa is situated 8km from the city centre where are wide variety of good restaurants can be found, the harbour in |Kyreina is one of the most pitcuresque p[aces you will ever see.
For bookings please email me or call me. A deposit of 20% of the total rental charge is payable on booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation charges are :
up to 8 weeks before departure - deposit refunded, up to 4 weeks before departure - 60% charge, less than 4 weeks before departure - 100% charge.
