There are numerous attractions nearby and we have a Brochure Information Point - beaches, forest walks, animal parks and coastal walks are but a few.
Looe and Polperro are only 4 miles away and the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan within easy reach. Fowey, where Daphne Du Maurier wrote so many of her books is only 6 miles away and is very picturesque. Take a drive or walk through the fields to the village of Pelynt (one mile) which has a small supermarket, butcher's, a highly recommended restaurant and 16th century pub.

Stroll round 4 acres of award winning gardens and listen to the hundreds of songbirds we have in and around Tremaine. There is a strong sense of belonging and children will make new friends, of both the two-legged variety and the four!
Our cottages sleep between 2 - 6 adults, plus one or 2 cots and an occassional bed (for up to age 14) in some sottages, and each cottage is unique. Step back in time and enjoy the antique artefacts while enjoying the usual labour-saving devices and comforts of the modern home. Most have exposed stonework to add to their character and most have an antique four-poster or half-tester bed in the main bedroom. The kitchens in cottages sleeping 4 or more have dishwashers.
All cottages are equipped with microwaves, fridge-freezers, TVs and video machines.
Linen is provided and electricity is included in the price.
Cots and highchairs are available by request and single occasional beds can also be put up in some of the cottages. There are also washing machines and a tumble dryer for your use as well as outside dryers for those hot sunny days.
The whole family will appreciate the Games Room with table-tennis, darts and billiards. Outside you can enjoy a game of tennis and there is also a small (but difficult!) 9 hole putting green. Swing ball and other games can also be enjoyed in safe surroundings.
Our miniature ponies, pygmy goats and rabbits are there for the whole family to enjoy and children love to feed the ducks. In the Green there is a covered barbeque.
Our office hours during your stay at Tremaine Green are 9-12 noon most mornings but should you need us during the day/night our house is on site. Tickets to the Eden Project can be bought to save you queuing. You can hire tennis rackets and videos from us or just call in for a chat if you want to know more about the area or which beaches are best.
Pets are welcome. There are many super dogs walks and coves/beaches nearby where your dog can have a splash around.
