The historic City of Vichy with its spa resorts and Clermont-Ferrand, the biggest and most important city in the Auvergne, are well worth a visit. There is the Volcans dAuvergne National Park with more than 80 volcanoes. Puy de Dome is the most well known. This is a great area for walking in summer. You can enjoy ski runs and snow canons in winter. There are golf courses 27 and 31 km away.
