Carentan, St.Mere Eglise, DDay landing beaches, Pegasus Bridge, Mont St.Michel are all within very easy reach of Cider Farm. There is so much to see and do in the area I can not possibly list all. If you are interested in the WWII and DDay you will not be dissatisfied. We are ideally located to visit all memorials, museums, beaches, cemeteries. the area is steeped in history.
For those of you who just wish to switch off and relax, we are situated in the heart of conservation area, the most noise you general get to hear is the passing of the odd tractor. You are sure to recharge you batteries here.
Bayeux, Caen, Cherbourg, St.Lo, are all very easily accessable. great for birdwatching, fishing, cycling, walking, shopping, relaxing, painting, sightseeing, the list is endless.

Set in the heart of conservation area with lots to see and do in the area. A wonderful place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing.
Our home and village have their own facinating story of the events that happened on DDay.
