Huge lounge, two settees and four other armchairs, and a sofa bed. TV, video, DVD + our enormous multilingual collection of video & DVDs. Huge table with ten chairs around it.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
I manage the house from England. All bedding is provided, plus towels and linen (put in plastic sack after use - I will change them when new guests appear). Cleaning is done when guests come - the hoover is there.
Utility room:
A workshed - the lawnmower and four bikes are there for clients' use
Other:
Stable at bottom of garden - children's outside toys are there. Chemical loo.

90 km south of Calais, 170 km north of Paris.
6 km to Rue where there are two supermarkets, plus excellent saturday market. 4 km to Crecy.
Booking notes
£60 / 90 Euros deposit secures the house, the remainder payable one month before you travel.
Changeover day
No problems with changeover day - I often encourage my UK clients to avoid expensive Saturday tariffs and come Friday evening or Sundays. Any day will suit.
Golf
Excellent golf. Three golf courses within 20 km. I have two or three golf parties a year come to Machy.
Fishing
Trout fishing at Caumartin 4 mins by car, Carp and Trout at Rue 7 km, Carp in the lagoons of Somme 18 km.
Beach
Nice beaches at Le Crotoy, Quend Plage and Fort Mahon

None. However, beer tasting at Ch'ti, Lens and Samer.
Accessibility
On single floor, good for people in wheelchairs except for the third bedroom in Mezzanine loft, and two steps to get to the dining area.
