This holiday complex is ideally situated for a variety of activities including (mountain) trekking, mountain biking and of course water sports such as sailing on a catamaran, windsurfing and water-skiing. There are also boats for rent. You will find a surfing school 300 meters from the house. A beautiful restaurant with a wonderful garden is situated right next door. Other pubs, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are nearby, within walking distance. There are two supermarkets located 100 meters from the house. Ski runs are also nearby on the mountains in the vicinity. From here you take day trips to picturesque villages with their narrow streets (Dorio, Bellano, Lecco and Como). You can even reach Milan within an hour.

This apartment is situated nearby Domaso, a picturesque village on the northwest shore of Lake Como. This holiday complex, which is open year round, is well-suited for families with children. It consists of two beautiful buildings with 22 apartments. Guests of the complex can use the big swimming pool (16x8) with children zone, a large solarium and a private garden with furniture. There is also a parking lot, a fenced-in playground, a barbecue, volleyball court, a garage and a laundrette. You can take a private little path past a camping site to reach the nearby beach. The beach is partly sandy and partly grassy. It is ideal for children because the lake gets deeper only very gradually. Guests can use the dressing rooms, shower and toilet there. There is also a storage box for surfing equipment. You will also find a mooring area for boats on the lake.

The pool is open from April till September and in October from 9:30 a.m. till 9:30 p.m. The apartment has to be cleaned prior to departure. The reception area is open daily between 9:00 and 12:00 a.m. and between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. There is a small safe available at the reception desk. Arrival time is between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. Departure time: by 10:00 a.m.
