This unique beachfront, round house, with wraparound porch, has three bedrooms, each of which sleeps two, in the main house and all are airconditioned with ceiling fans. A fourth bedroom, which also sleeps two, is equipped as a small efficiency with shower bathroom and small kitchenette

There are three bathrooms: an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom with WC, bath/shower and basin, a bathroom shared by two bedrooms with WC, bath/shower and basin, and an additional shower bathroom with WC and basin in the efficiency.

The complete kitchen is separated from the living/dining area by an elegant counter that seats six. It is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, four burner gas stovetop, double sink and all the usual small appliances such as microwave, coffeemaker, toaster etc.

The central part of this unique round house is occupied by linen closets that are complete with bed linens, bath and beach towels, kitchen towels etc. An iron board and iron are also included.

A large wooden deck with thatched umbrellas and hammock give access to the mile long North Beach and the sandy, calm and shallow waters which are eminently suitable for small children.

There is a screened activity room with chaise longues and beach furniture. Snorkeling equipment is provided. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and laundry tub and outdoor / indoor drying lines.

The spacious garden area is planted with hardy plants that can withstand the salt air, including casaurinas, coconut, hibiscus, bouganvillea, Bahamian holly, seagrape, lilies and creeping charlie
